1. What is Smart Care?

Smart Care is an Internet-based service that lets you manage your Reliance Wireless account being on Twitter. The platform will enable you to link your Twitter account with Reliance, allowing you to access & manage your account using Twitter login. You would be able to manage Reliance account simultaneously while using Twitter.
You can manage nearly every aspect of your account, including:

  • Pay your bills & Recharge online
  • View & Buy best deals
  • Track your usage, Check balance & outstanding
  • Add / Delete services

2. What are the benefits of using Smart Care?

Smart Care lets you access your account information when and where it's most convenient for you. It's a free service that's available virtually anytime, anywhere. You can pay bills, recharge online, monitor your usage and manage your account, all without making a phone call or entering a store.

3. What is the cost to use Smart Care?

There's no additional charge to register and use Smart Care. Data charges may apply when accessing Smart Care from your device.

4. Do I need to create a separate Smart Care User ID and Password?

No, with your existing Twitter login ID & password you can register for Smart Care services.

5. Can I de-enroll from Smart Care at any time?

There's no cost or requirement to use Smart Care. If you're concerned about the security of your account, consider changing your Password.
However, if you'd still like to de-enroll from Smart Care, please tweet @RelianceMobile #deregister from your registered Twitter account

 

Registration

6. How do I register for Smart Care?

You can register for Smart Care online:

  • Go to the Smart Care registration page Register
  • Enter your 10-digit mobile/Dongle number, Click on ‘Submit’
  • Enter your existing Twitter ID & Password
  • On successful verification, a four digit OTP (One Time Password) will be sent on your Mobile or Registered Email ID via SMS or Email
  • Enter the OTP (One Time Password) and click on ‘Submit’

This will complete the registration. You can also save your payment details so you don’t have to keep feeding the same every time you make a Payment or Recharge transaction.

7. Will I have access to all the services in Smart Care?

8. What if I do not receive OTP (One Time Password)?

The 4 digit OTP (One time password) will be delivered on your mobile number and registered email ID. In case if you are registering your datacard/dongle, One Time password will be delivered on your alternate no. and email ID registered with us.

Please wait for some time after processing the request. You can also regenerate the OTP by clicking at ‘Not received yet – Click here’ button from registration flow.

9. What is the validity of the OTP (One Time Password)?

One Time Password is valid for 15 minutes only.

10. Who can register for the services?

All Reliance Wireless individual subscribers can register for the services. Smart Care services are currently unavailable for corporate users.

11. Why I should store my payment details?

When you update your card details, you don’t have to keep feeding the same every time you make a Payment or Recharge transaction. Moreover, it is 100% safe.

13. Do I need to follow @RelianceMobile for using the services?

By registering for the Smart Care services, your Twitter ID shall automatically follow Reliance Twitter account i.e. @RelianceMobile . You are not required to follow it separately.

14. How do I change my mobile number / Twitter account?

Currently, you can link only one Reliance subscriber number to one Twitter account. In order to change the Mobile number / Twitter account, please deregister your number from existing Twitter account.

To deregister, Tweet @RelianceMobile #Deregister. Once deregister, you can link your number / Twitter account with any other Twitter account / number by visiting us at You can initiate the registration request after 15 mins of deregistration.

16. How can I make payment?

To initiate Bill payment tweet @RelianceMobile #Bill or @RelianceMobile #Billpay from your registered Twiiter ID. Response from Reliance will be received in ‘Direct Message Box’. You can proceed for the payment by clicking the link in the message.

17. How Can I recharge my account?

To recharge online, tweet @RelianceMobile #Recharge or @RelianceMobile #Recharge from your registered Twiiter ID. Response from Reliance will be received in ‘Direct Message Box’. By clicking the link in the message, you can check details of various vouchers available for recharge and can proceed with online payment.

18. I am unable to register for the services.

Please check for the following

  • The service is currently unavailable for corporate customers, are you a Reliance wireless individual subscriber?
  • Are you entering correct Subscriber number & Twitter login details?
  • The service allows one to one linkage. Are your linking One Twitter ID to one subscriber number?

19. OTP not working / not received

20. I am unable to save card details at the time of payment / registration.
